I've spent the last 15 years as the right hand woman to service-based founders, online coaches + corporate leaders. I've seen (and built) it all.
I've seen how much a founder's leadership and capacity can get swallowed up by the busy work. Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.
I've also seen how their personal life can squash their capacity to lead, and how important it is to have someone they trust to hold the operational centre of the business (especially when life is life-ing).
But as a mother and founder myself (and a doula in a past life), I also know that business support goes way beyond this.
Most OBMs and operations support are transactional, tasks in, tasks out.
But for me, it looks like partnership.
Translating what you care about into how the business actually runs.
Protecting the integrity of what you're building.
Being proactive and on purpose.
Catching what you missed before you even notice it's missing.
